Our client being a firm of Loss Adjusters with offices based in Bristol are looking to hire a Team Manager. You will use your technical knowledge, people skills, and experience to proactively manage the TPA Bristol team. You will also be involved in the development of strategy as the team expands.
Will have excellent degree of knowledge of Property related claims and principles
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to coach and mentor
High degree of IT competency and literacy
Demonstrate personal and professional integrity, and act as a role model by leading by example
Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
Minimum 5 years claims handling experience and a minimum 2 years People Management experience is desirable
Standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
