Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm. Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience
I am looking for a proactive and positive person with strong administration and organisational skills to join a great team in Bedford as a service coordinator.

What will you be doing in the service coordinator role?
- Efficiently planning and scheduling engineers diaries.
- Contact customers to schedule maintenance dates, corrective maintenance and arrange emergency engineer response visits.
- Ensure planned maintenance and monitoring meet or exceed established service levels.
- Manage customer issues post-maintenance efficiently.
- Ensure timely response to emergency callouts within agreed SLA timescales.
