IN2Consult / Commercial Finance Analyst / 6 month FTC + / up to £45,000 pa / Hybrid / Bloomsbury
IN2Consult are working with a very large hospitality company who needs a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team for the next 6 + months. This role is part of a large project that has a good chance of being extended. You will need to have a strong background in analysis & accounting as well as an understanding of dealing with suppliers or at least have experience in a supplier/hospitality experience. Responsibilities -
- Provide analytical support
- Conduct product analysis
- Analysing overrider opportunities on consolidated spends
- Providing a range of periodic analytical reporting based on the project's specific purchases
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting of procurement benefits (synergies) across the acquisition project
- Understanding available data sources and how these integrate with each other
- Creation of commercial analyses in a wide range of workstreams
- Ability to understand/model complex commercial rebate & pricing structures
- Scenario Modelling/what if analysis, delivering dynamic/manipulable summaries to support & expedite business decision & sign off process
- Delivering initiative-taking ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision making
- Visibility at business head offices to support operators as and when the business requires
Essential Skills -
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Background in analysis & accounting
- Experience in hospitality, catering or supplier based businesses
- Strong commercial acumen
