As a Nursery Manager, you play a crucial role in creating a safe, educational, and enjoyable environment for the children under our care. Your responsibilities include supervising children, ensuring their safety, and actively participating in various activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
  • Creativity and imagination to design rewarding educational activities.
  • A positive outlook that fosters a secure and happy environment for children.
  • Conduct interviews for potential applicants.
  • Manage the nursery budget.
  • Coordinate marketing materials.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Keep parents informed about their child's progress and behavior.
  • Handle enrolment, payments, and related inquiries.
  • Develop age-appropriate events and activities.
  • Prepare for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations.
