NURSERY MANAGER

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
- Creativity and imagination to design rewarding educational activities.
- A positive outlook that fosters a secure and happy environment for children.
- Conduct interviews for potential applicants.
- Manage the nursery budget.
- Coordinate marketing materials.
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
- Keep parents informed about their child's progress and behavior.
- Handle enrolment, payments, and related inquiries.
- Develop age-appropriate events and activities.
- Prepare for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations.
