As a Production Engineer you will require a solid understanding of production principles in a low-volume, high-value manufacturing environment, along with implementing manufacturing requirements and techniques to develop and enhance processes.

Job Description
- Monitor processes and evaluate their performance.
- Work closely with production operators to ensure maximum efficiency in process execution.
- Ensure all production processes meet the required quality standards.
- Undertake 8-step problem-solving projects to address production issues and implement critical corrective actions.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and the evaluation of new equipment.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- 3-5 Years experience in a Production Engineer role
- Desirable a HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Read and interpret Mechanical Engineering drawings
