As a Trade Mark Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team with trade mark matters. This includes conducting research, assisting with filings, managing deadlines, and liaising with clients. Responsibilities:
- Filing trademark applications
- Receiving 3rd party trademark applications that might conflict
- Trademark registration formalities
- Filing design applications
- Design registration formalities
- Instruct overseas attorneys
- Manage/maintain the IP management and renewals system
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous
- CITMA qualification is highly desirable
