Pro Recruitment Group are one of the UK's go to agency for Accountancy Practice, Tax, Audit and Finance Recruitment.
We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate leads, enhance client and candidate engagement, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems (particularly Bullhorn), SEO, social media (Particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube) and event management.
The ideal candidate will be adept at using automations and sequencing within CRM systems, as well as tools like Google analytics/SEM Rush and design tools like Canva, CapCut, and Hootsuite to create compelling content and manage our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Lead Generation:

Develop and manage marketing automation processes for client and candidate generation.

Utilise Bullhorn to track and manage lead interactions.

SEO & Social Media:
-
Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.

Event Management:

Plan and coordinate major events to promote our brand and services. These range from face to face events to online webinars.

Manage the marketing of the whole event process from planning, execution, and follow-up activities

Capture and analyse data from events to measure success, gather insights and track ROI

Collect and analyse post-event feedback to improve future events and marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Branding:

Design and produce engaging content using tools like Canva and CapCut.

Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with our branding, including logo usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within Recruitment
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and social media management.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
