Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are working with high profile client in Leeds who are looking for a People Services Operations Manager on a Fixed Term basis for 9 months.
Reporting into the Head of People Operations, this role will take responsibility for all centralised people services activities, including administrative, onboarding, offboarding, compliance activities as well as benefits management.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills;
- A wealth of experience within shared services and people services management, gained within large matrix organisations
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including key stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of people systems, ideally Workday
- CIPD L7 or equivalent
- A drive to influence change with a focus on customer service
