Key Responsibilities: -
- Onboarding Properties
- Registering clients
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Overseeing sales progression
- Delivering consistently high levels of service and communication
- Understanding client requirements to ensure efficient and tailored service
Requirements: -
- Minimum of one years' recent experience in a similar role
- Passion for providing a first class, professional, and friendly service
- Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Proficiency in IT
- Well presented
- Full UK driving license
- Live within a commutable distance of Sevenoaks
