A Travel management group based in Central London are looking for a bookkeeper on a full or part time basis 2/3 days a week. This role will be office based but they are flexible with the days and times you work.
Duties of the Part Time Bookkeeper role:-
- All aspects of purchase ledger, checking the invoices, inputting them onto the system, requesting copy invoices, dealing with supplier queries efficiently and manage the monthly payment run.
- All aspects of sales ledger, raising service charge invoices and allocating payments against the correct property. Liaising with the residents and resolving any issues
- Month end and bank reconciliations
- Chasing overdue accounts, sending emails and making calls to reduce the debtors
- Recording all transactions in order to deliver a set of accounts to indicate how the service charge income has been allocated.
Requirements of the Part Time Bookkeeper role:-
- Strong bookkeeping skills
- Experience of accounting software
- Highly organized
