Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing a full-cycle recruitment process (from 3 year);
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position;
  • Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
  • Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-starter and highly motivated;
  • High energy, positive;
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Suggest and contribute to necessary changes in recruiting processes;
  • Directly search and headhunt qualified candidates;
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback for the candidates;
  • Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement;
  • Participation in other processes of the HR department.
