M&E Manager, Brighton, £23 - £26phr (Monday – Friday)
Client:
We are currently recruiting for a temporary M&E Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Brighton for a 3 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.
Role:
The role forms part of a busy Maintenance Team, who provide a mechanical, electrical and building services to the organisation's sites, duties will include;
- Management and support of the mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure Statuary and Mandatory compliance
- Responsible for Lifting Equipment Regulations, Legionella and Water Systems, Low Voltage Electrical Safety, Medical Gases and Critical Ventilation
- Plans and co-ordinate maintenance works
- Contractor liaison and management
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
- Experience managing maintenance and repair if engineering plant and equipment
