A quick browse through our Instagram will tell you this isn't going to be your average artworking job... Based in Warwick, Elegant Clutter Ltd are a leading supplier of bespoke artwork and sculpture to the restaurant, bar and hotel industries in the UK and worldwide.

With everything designed in-house and predominately manufactured on site, our lively, creative studio is where graphic design and fine art collide.

We are seeking a highly capable & experienced Artworker to join the design team.

A creative artworker that enjoys a technical challenge. Like a human version of preflight software, are you the one that dots the i's & crosses the t's and delights in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of artwork for digital print?

Can you offer Mac technical support to colleagues that goes beyond 'try turning it off and on again.." And you can do it at pace, calmly and whilst maintaining a sense of humour?

This is a hands on position and a key link between design and production. We are looking for someone who will support the team technically and will dive in to help where ever it is needed.

So if are you have a creative artworking background, a solid understanding of digital printing and a desire to become the go to on print set up and solving technical challenges, then we have a great role for you.

  • Ideally qualified to degree level in Graphic Design or similar college course. (However applications will be considered from candidates who's CV clearly demonstrates an equivalent level of professional knowledge).
  • 3yrs+ experience in a studio/digital print environment
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator but with a continuous learning mindset
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office programmes (Excel to a basic level, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint)
  • Good working knowledge of digital printing
  • Creative Outlook
  • Methodical, organised and accurate working style
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Able to remain calm in a busy working environment and concentrate under pressure
  • A people person with strong communication skills - able to build effective working relationships with other departments and ensure that internal processes are maintained and improved
  • Deadline driven
  • Positive, team-oriented, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in kind of attitude

Due to the nature of the role, this is a full-time position based in our Warwick studios.
