Requirements:
- Design, develop & maintain CRM systems, specifically for recruitment processes.
- Create custom workflows, dashboards and reports
- Work closely with recruitment teams to find requirements for the CRM systems
- Customise CRM solutions using with systems like salesforce or D365
- Automating recruitment processes - sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
- Integrate ATS, job boards, HRIS
- Previous Higher Education experience IS essential
