**Role Overview: Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor with Home Support Matters, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care and support workers to deliver person-centred, safe, and effective care across our community. You'll act as the crucial link between customers, their families, our care teams, and external professionals, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service.
**Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Participation in an on-call rota (including every other weekend) with enhanced pay of £15.97/hour
- Flexibility to work outside of core hours to meet service demands
**Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed care assessments and develop personalised support plans
- Ensure accurate medication management and comprehensive care documentation
- Perform regular audits to maintain high standards and compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including social workers, GPs, and family members
- Provide coaching, support, and supervision to care/support workers in the field
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every aspect of care delivery
- Respond promptly to any safeguarding concerns or incidents
You'll cover areas including Beccles, Lowestoft, and Great Yarmouth, based from our Beccles head office. Mileage is reimbursed at 42p per mile.
**Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates who bring:
- Experience in domiciliary or community-based care
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital care systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Supervisory or team leadership experience (desirable but not essential)
