**Role Overview: Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor with Home Support Matters, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care and support workers to deliver person-centred, safe, and effective care across our community. You'll act as the crucial link between customers, their families, our care teams, and external professionals, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service.

**Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Participation in an on-call rota (including every other weekend) with enhanced pay of £15.97/hour
  • Flexibility to work outside of core hours to meet service demands

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed care assessments and develop personalised support plans
  • Ensure accurate medication management and comprehensive care documentation
  • Perform regular audits to maintain high standards and compliance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including social workers, GPs, and family members
  • Provide coaching, support, and supervision to care/support workers in the field
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every aspect of care delivery
  • Respond promptly to any safeguarding concerns or incidents

You'll cover areas including Beccles, Lowestoft, and Great Yarmouth, based from our Beccles head office. Mileage is reimbursed at 42p per mile.

**Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking candidates who bring:

  • Experience in domiciliary or community-based care
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital care systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience (desirable but not essential)
