Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)

Active SC would be advantageous

We have an opportunity with a central government client as a Technical Bar Support Engineer (2nd Line)

You'll be the friendly face at their Tech Bar, helping customers with their tech issues and "how do I" questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support at the Tech Bar.
  • Assist with hardware and software issues.
  • Be an expert on specific tech products.
  • Develop training programs and create help guides.

Skills and Experience:

  • Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
  • Technologies: Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
  • People Skills: Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
