Package: up to £26,000 DOE - (8.30 -5.30) - 3 MONTHS TEMPORARY - Could be extended
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Runcorn - Fully Office based - Parking on site

Main Responsibilities to include:
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with customer phone calls in a professional and effective manner.
- Accurately and timely data entry and job creation onto our TMS system.
- Work as part of the customer service team to create a best-in-class experience for customers.
- Monitoring and managing email traffic and responding to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and resolve customer queries, primarily land queries.

- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent user of IT systems
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
