Finance Manager, Romsey £40K
Full-time, permanent & office based opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a well-founded and established business based in Romsey. The successful Finance Manager will have a financial background, previous management experience and strong organisational and administrative skills.

Main duties of the Finance Manager:
- Produce monthly invoices and manage company expenditure, including purchasing supplies.
- Input income and expenditure into accounting software and prepare monthly management accounts.
- Manage and reconcile company bank accounts, oversee cash flow, and control credit.
- Liaise with staff and accountants to manage payroll, including salaries, staff expenses, pensions, company cars, and other benefits.
- Compute VAT and produce VAT returns, liaise with company accountants at month/year-end, and review their outputs.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, encompassing administrative and office management duties.
Key skills and attributes of the Finance Manager:
- Previous experience in a finance or accountancy environment
- Hold an AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent qualification in accounting or business management
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft software packages
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Highly organised, self-motivated and possesses a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Dynamic, flexible, and resourceful individual with the ability to problem-solve
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle is required due to office location
