Sales Manager

SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Halesowen who are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional on a permanent basis.

Salary: £26k plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 30 minute lunch break

Sales Overview - to increase revenue, growth and market share by developing and implementing sales strategies

 Develops and implements sales initiatives to sell specific products or product lines

 Presents sales reports (budges / forecasts etc) and compiles relevant monthly summary reports

 Builds, maintains and monitors relationships with the Company's key accounts, communicating with them regularly including visits

 Develops a plan for customer development in terms of timeline, targets and monthly achievements

 Develops overseas distribution networks

 Develops Company exhibition plan

 Monitors and evaluates data to identify trends and implements relevant initiatives

 Liaises with other team members to keep abreast of marketing initiatives and new product development

 Manages a team of dedicated Sales / Customer Service Administrators, and Human Resources & Customer Care Administrator to ensure they adhere to and comply with Company policies and procedures related to Sales and Customer Service

 Monitors and reviews customer contact (calls, messages etc) to ensure a quality performance and ensures that all communications are accurate and concise

 Ensures SLA's are achieved by all

 Deal with any escalated customer matters in conjunction with the MD and report weekly to the Managing Director

 Engages with customers to obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

 Updates team members regarding new products, services, policies and procedures

 Ensures continuous improvement throughout and trains and motivates team members

 Assists with employee relations in terms of recruitment, staff rotas, performance, welfare, communication, involvement, probation, induction, performance reviews and dispute resolution in conjunction with the Human Resources team

 Health, safety and environmental management within area of responsibility

 To develop employees within all areas of responsibility in line with objectives / KPI's

 Completion of all necessary documentation on time and in full
