The Role:
- Development and management of budget holder relationships with senior stakeholders playing a key role in delivering on the strategic plan.
- Monitoring and reporting on the financial position of the department ensuring strong analytical delivery and budget management.
- Reporting, analysis, and presentation delivery to senior stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings as the finance subject matter expert.
- Partner with the FP&A team to drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Line management of 1 finance business partner including day-to-day management, PDR, and probation review.
- Drive strategic and operational management processes in-line with the organization's long-term plans.
Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified with substantial commercial accounting experience.
