HR Administrator

12-month rolling contract.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a thriving team in Ipswich.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative support, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee information, contracts, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, managing logistics and maintaining training records.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely submission.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ideally previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
