Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000+ DOE, with excellent bonus earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met
- Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional qualifications in conveyancing or property law are highly desirable
