Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000+ DOE, with excellent bonus earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the conveyancing process for residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure all documentation and legal requirements are met
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Professional qualifications in conveyancing or property law are highly desirable

Salary:

  • £40,000+ DOE (Depending on Experience)
