Hardware Engineer – London - £50,000 - £80,000 pa
A global electronics manufacturer designing leading satellite communication products for the maritime industry are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join their R&D team.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a cross-functional team designing and developing leading satellite communication solutions
- Develop high-quality, hardware designs
- Collaborate with product & technical support teams to improve product features
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
- PCB design & layout (multi-layer)
- Analogue & Digital circuit design
- EMC/EMI
- Electronics prototyping, testing & de-bugging
- Microcontrollers & Peripherals
- High Speed circuits/FPGA's
Any mix of the following is nice to have:
- Power Supply design
- RF design & test
- Satellite/terrestrial communications technology
- Networking protocols/Wireless technologies
