Our friendly client in Lymington is looking for a meticulous and organised Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant!

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant to join our clients small but very friendly team in offices based in central Lymington. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Full Bookkeeping using Sage
  • VAT/Quarterley Returns
  • Weekly/End of Month Payroll/Payments
  • TDS Deposits/Account Management
  • Quarterly Account Summaries
  • Preparation for End of Year Accounts using Sage
  • Compilation of invoices relating to Rent/Quarter Service Charges/Specific Recharge Works/Building Insurance

About You

  • You are a qualified Bookkeeper or have a relevant accounting qualifications.
  • You have experience with Sage accounting software.
  • You are approachable, flexible and have a natural ability to help others.
  • You are trustworthy and have a strong eye for detail.
