Full-time position (08:30-17:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 on Fridays)

Role:

Adsyst Automation Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. You will take an active part in the day to day running of the office, with particular emphasis on the accounting aspects ensuring all information is accessible to the necessary people.

Duties include:

  • To generate sales invoices
  • Managing company debtors
  • Monitoring account status
  • Document control
  • Assisting with other areas of accounts when required
  • Attending training sessions (both internal & external) when required
  • Any other task as requested by management

Additional Responsibilities - primarily undertaken during colleague's annual leave:

  • Visitors – Make sure that they sign in and have a Visitors pass and drink
  • Make sure kitchen is kept clean
  • Preparing lunches for clients
  • Taking post
  • General Administration Filing- Duties including scanning, filing and post
  • Answering phones and door, take messages where necessary

You will need:

Full and comprehensive training will be provided; however, applicants should possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar previous accounts role would be highly beneficial
  • All applicants must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as minimum
  • Have a fastidious attention to detail
  • Genuine interest to develop organisational skills
