Position:
Experienced Butcher
Location:
Heacham, Norfolk
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours:
8.00am – 5.00pm – 5 days per week rota over a 7-day period
Responsibilities:
- Utilise both traditional and modern butchering techniques to prepare and present a diverse range of products.
- Collaborate with local farmers to ensure the sourcing of top-quality produce.
- Uphold standards of good animal husbandry and welfare in all aspects of butchery operations.
- Meet customer needs by providing exceptional products and service.
