An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in Clifton.
Job Role:
- Be the face of the branch greeting and assisting all customers
- First line for all in-bound telephone enquiries to the lettings department
- Ensuring presentation of the office window displays are relevant, smart, and rotated often
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords having built a thorough understanding of their requirements
- Assist with measuring and drawing property floor-plans
- Advising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to match
- Social Media lead, ensuring relevant content is uploaded regularly to the office's social media platforms
- Assisting the Valuers with admin duties including editing photographs, drawing floor plans, writing valuation letters and more
- Demonstrating consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service

They are offering:
- Basic salary of £24,000 with a realistic OTE £26,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.30pm and alternate Saturday's 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week).
