Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor export documentation with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Provide support to the Sales Administration Supervisor and the documentation team.
  • Utilise export documentation tracking systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Submit export and customs data, as well as inspection reports.
  • Verify draught documentation for compliance with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with overseas agents on export schedules.
  • Conduct final checks for compliance and enter letter of credit data into order management systems.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is properly received and stored.
  • Provide general assistance to the accounts team, including scanning, sending invoices, and resolving inquiries and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience in letters of credit and export documentation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in numeracy and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Innovative use of systems to improve administrative efficiency.
  • Excellent planning and prioritising abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
