Description
This is a busy, fast paced, generalist opportunity, reporting to the HR Director. Reporting to a HR Director, the role will partner with a number of sites around the UK, you will mostly be based in the West Midlands however, some travel is required business needs dependent.
- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and guide managers on best practices for coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Talent Development: Identify training needs, implement programs to upskill employees, and support succession planning efforts.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to all HR policies and employment laws, and update policies as needed.
- Lead on DEI Initiatives
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating as an HR Business Partner
- Ideally with exposure working in a multi site fast paced environment
- Able to start within 4 weeks
- Commutable to Dudley 2-3 times per week, but also willing to travel to other sites as and when needed.
