Implementation Manager

We are seeking an Implementation Manager, to join an ambitious and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blended background consisting of project management, business analysis, and people management, with a particular emphasis on Agile methodologies. This person must be an excellent communicator and have experience of stakeholder management and liaising with b2b customers.

Above all, we are seeking someone who is open minded, self-sufficient, resourceful, and has a good aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders/customers to understand the business requirements for configurations and implementation.
  • To bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders/customers and internal delivery teams to ensure the requirements are translated correctly into configuration or system changes.
  • Work with the Product owner to ensure system developments required for customer implementations are scoped and scheduled according to agreed prioritisation criteria.
  • Maintain and agree a configuration and implementation schedule with stakeholders based on agreed prioritisation criteria.
