We are seeking talented individuals with 0-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join a prestigious corporate team.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Knowledge in due diligence, disclosure, and negotiation points.
- Corporate Law: Experience with investments, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, and company law advice.
- PE/Venture Capital Transactions: Understanding of private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Listed Company Transactions and IPOs: Experience with listed company transactions and initial public offerings.
