Role Summary

As part of the Senior team within the Marketing department, you will be the lead for all things Digital and be a strong advocate for strengthening the brand's presence in all digital platforms, harnessing the power of all things Digital to help drive the business forward.

You'll be at the forefront of developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing strategies across all channels. Your expertise will ensure cohesive, impactful, and measurable outcomes, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

Initially, there aren't any direct reports in this role, but you will have agency resource.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and Execute: Promote services and solutions, boosting brand awareness and customer engagement through SEO/SEM, email, display advertising, and more.
  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Utilise customer data to create segmented marketing campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring personalised outreach.
  • Website Management: Monitor traffic, optimise user experience, and manage performance metrics.
  • Insightful Analysis: Analyse marketing data to drive campaign optimisation and business performance.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Data Integrity: Regularly audit data sets to ensure accuracy and implement corrective measures.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Assess and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead Generation: Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Align digital efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Experience in a senior Digital Marketing role within IT services or technology.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry and B2B marketing,
