We are looking for a new Multi Skilled Trades Person who has some carpentry, plumbing OR general DIY skills to help deal with empty houses once tenants have left.
You will be clearing out old furniture, painting walls, performing basic plumbing work, some carpentry and other odd jobs to get the house in a state where it can be let again.
There will be manual handling, use of hand tools and you will need to drive along with holding a full UK driving licence.
To be considered - you MUST have your own tools and some experience working within a trade such as carpentry, plumbing or painting / decorating and be confident with manual handling.
It's important to stress that this is a multiskilled role so you a painter won't just be painting, and a plumber won't just be doing plumbing work etc.

- 37 hours paid per week via SolviT Recruitment (PAYE only).
