Our client are a forward thinking and award winning, family run boutique Estate Agent, who have been grabbing back market share rapidly and need a strong person to assist by the side of the Branch Manager to take on the competition. This opportunity will be based in their Berkhamsted office on the high street. The suitable candidate will have a proven track record at Sales/ Senior Sales Negotiator level with the passion and drive.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday: 8.45am - 6pm Saturdays 1 in 3.

The ideal candidate for this Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator will:
- Have previous experience within estate agency at Sales or Senior Sales level with local knowledge preferred
- Be target driven with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Also have outstanding organisational skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
The role of the Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator will entail:
- Meeting with clients
- Carry out viewings of the properties
- Assessing buyers & Sellers particular needs
- Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Promoting properties via different mediums
