This opportunity is working on an exciting flagship building in London, and my client are looking to take on somebody with the view to provide training to become more M&E focused moving forward.
Duties
- Service and PPMs on AHUs/FCUs - cleaning/changing filters, belts, motors
- General plumbing maintenance
- Fixing leaks
- Drainage/flushing
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- General carpentry
- Painting/Decorating
- Basic electrical - rewiring, changing sockets
Requirements
- Min. 3 years building services expeirence in FM/Hospitality sector
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Career driven

- £40,000 to £42,000 per annum
