**Join Our Client's Team as a KS2 SEND Intervention Teaching Assistant!
Location: Hounslow
Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Targeted Interventions: Support children across KS2, primarily in Upper KS2, by delivering tailored learning interventions linked to their EHCP/IEP targets.
- Work Independently: While you will be line-managed by the SENCO, you must be confident in preparing resources, delivering interventions, and evaluating outcomes on your own.
- Collaborate Effectively: Liaise closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, providing regular feedback on student progress.
**What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Experience: You must have prior experience in a similar role, with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Qualifications: Preferable but not essential—your experience and expertise are what matter most!
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with students, staff, and senior leadership.
