In partnership with our client we are searching for an experienced individual to join their rapidly growing UK-based team.
The Role:
This exciting role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the co-founders and report directly to the CEO, playing an integral part in their expansion journey.
As a vital member of their team, you'll lead and drive the growth and innovation across our business. This position is perfect for someone with a proven track record in business development within a B2B SaaS environment, who is eager to thrive in the dynamic worlds of events and hospitality.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Take the reins of our business development and sales operations, leading a dynamic team to boost overral sales success.
- Market Expansion: Unearth and seize new business opportunities, expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, partners to ensure everlasting success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, executeinsightful market research, and engage potential clients with genuine interactions.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and deliver sharp reports for senior management.
- Team Leadership: Nurture, mentor, and lead your team to promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales and 2+ years in a senior sales role.
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and in-person.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A passion for professional sports, including Football, Motorsport, Rugby, Cricket, Sailing, or Horseracing.
- A solid understanding of the events and/or hospitality industry.
Preferred Tools:
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
