Description
- Support the Executive Directors
- Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Maintain executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
- Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
- Protect the organisation's value by keeping information confidential
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Experience in an Administrative position
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- An understanding of office management and daily operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
- A salary of £24,200 - 25,900 (pro rata = £21,080 - £22,500)
