Our client is looking for a French Speaking Customer Experience Advisor to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis
This position can be a hybrid role working at least 1 day per week in the office.
Main Duties:
- Answering calls, dealing with queries regarding order, delivery, and pricing
- Process orders taken over the phone and via website/email onto the system accurately
- Recognise potential cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed
- Thoroughly understand the product range, including features and benefits to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations and provide technical information
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- French speaker (native)
- Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to provide outstanding service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
