Operations Executive Role and Responsibilities
- Checking and confirming bookings and chasing any still on request.
- Processing cancellations and refunds.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Checking contracts and availability.
Operations Executive Skills and Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good Worldwide destination knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Operations Executive Key Benefits
- Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800 plus approx. 1 in 5 Saturdays.
