- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations, ensuring all interactions and documentation meet industry standards, mitigating potential risks.
- Follow company protocols to ensure accurate client data management, policy processing, and overall operational efficiency.
- Approach all tasks with diligence and precision, proactively addressing issues to safeguard client interests and uphold company standards.

Candidate Experience:
