Join my client's dynamic team in Lowestoft to help deliver excellent customer service and support their administrative processes. Utilise a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Support. This role reports to the Sales Director.

My client is looking for someone with a friendly can-do attitude who is personable and enjoys working within a team environment. You must be orderly, efficient, and professional with a high level of speed and accuracy, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes is crucial. You will be committed to contributing to an outstanding customer buying experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time/task management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other commonly used office packages. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a focus on listening to understand customer requirements, are also required. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads, a problem-solving approach with the ability to use your initiative, and being a strong team player are key attributes for this role.

Primary responsibilities include having extensive knowledge of my client's business, its aims, objectives, and strategic direction. You will also undertake necessary support for the Sales Team, including handling post, preparing quotes, attending meetings, and actioning minutes. You will undertake other tasks to support the wider team and customers as necessary and uphold the Company Vision and Values at all times.

Performance objectives for this role include becoming a key player in fulfilling their mission, vision, and values, and supporting Sales to hit revenue targets.
