We are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator with a strong background in Logistics to join a busy, Birchwood based client. This role includes line management responsibilities and requires a candidate who can effectively coordinate sales activities and streamline our sales processes.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Oversee the sales administration process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order taking and customer communications.
- Manage and support the sales team, providing guidance and leadership to drive performance.
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
- Implement and refine sales policies and procedures to improve overall team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in line management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Adept at data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
