**Payroll Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Process starters, leavers, and payroll adjustments.
- Handle payroll queries and liaise with HMRC and pension providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.
- Support the wider HR and finance teams with payroll-related tasks and reporting.

- Proven experience in processing payroll from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
