Our client is seeking Site Officers for their Gypsy and Traveller Services, working with gypsies, travellers and the general public to have proper facilities for gypsies and travellers to live so that there are fewer unauthorised sites.
Site Officer
£15.70 per hour (PAYE)
Hatfield, AL10
Temporary: 3 months, possible perm placements
37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 7.5 hours, Friday 7 hours)
Standard Disclosure Check Required - Can be obtained whilst working
Job Role Summary:
To attend our various sites throughout the county. The applicants would be responsible for the general housekeeping, upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and grounds.
When on boarded directly the successful candidate will be put on the on call rota and an additional payment will be made each turn.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Understanding of gypsy sites.
- Standard driving licence required,
- A trade is desirable, but not essential.
- Must hold a basic understanding of the building industry.
