Barbering Lecturer

We are seeking a skilled Barbering Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham. This role involves teaching and supporting students across Level 1 to Level 3 Barbering courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to help students succeed in the field of barbering.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering high-quality teaching to students enrolled in Level 1 to Level 3 Barbering courses.
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials that meet the curriculum requirements.
- Assessing and evaluating students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Supporting students in developing their practical barbering skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a Teaching Qualification.
- Must have a Level 3 qualification in Barbering.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
