As Senior Acquisitions Associate you'll be key player in driving forward the organisations Homeless Affordable Rent platform through sourcing opportunities and managing the end-to-end acquisition process of properties.

Our client is a Real Estate developer and social housing investment firm.

Description

  • Continually engage and contact new and existing relationships for new opportunities.
  • Responsible for bringing in opportunities via a network of real estate contacts (agents, developers, sourcers), analysing and preparing deals for Investment Committee.
  • Managing the acquisition process including legals, and actively monitoring short-term and ongoing strategies to ensure HSPG's portfolio is optimised and pipeline is strong.
  • Working with teams across the business to maximise efficient delivery of projects and drive profits through the creation of new Homeless Affordable Rent housing.
  • Lead on the ambitious goals for the Platform.

The successful candidate should be able to clearly demonstrate:

1. Opportunity - hungry, ensuring all potential opportunities are fully explored.

2. Negotiation - you are obsessed with acquiring properties on the best terms - price, structure, timings, quality for their residents

3. Your pipeline - contribute significantly to pipeline and control momentum of pipeline flow for the whole team.

4. Relationship nurturing - continually exercise your network, and always build rapport with your contacts, be the go-to person in the market so when an opportunity arises, the organisation is the first to see it.

5. Analytical - you are able to synthesise and manipulate complex data into simple to understand information, presented clearly and concisely, to help you target and obtain the best commercial terms for the organisation.
