**Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, cost management, and overall project controls for large-scale EPCM projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MSP) is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MSP.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan.

Cost Management:

Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.

Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Perform cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Risk Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement risk management processes and ensure proactive risk management.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, cost reports, and risk registers.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Provide guidance and support to junior project control staff.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, with a focus on EPCM projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- PMP, CCP, or similar certification is a plus.
