NJR Recruitment have been instructed to work on a fantastic opportunity for one of our Clients, a multi Award-Winning lifestyle based Chartered Financial Planning Practice. Working from beautiful offices in Sutton Coldfield, our Client is now looking to recruit a 'New Client Services Associate' to join their talented and professional team.

The successful Candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative supporting in onboarding new clients to the firm. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, obtaining authority ad gathering information on client plans, data entry and back office systems, and providing exceptional support service to the new clients.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Offer administrative support to the onboarding Financial Planner, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient and exceptional client services
  • Process Letters of Authority and gather relevant policy information from third parties
  • Enter and maintain up-to-date and compliant client records, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is accurately recorded and securely stored
  • Collaborate with all colleagues to maintain and improve service standards, striving for continuous improvement and client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and requests, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary
  • Assist with client onboarding and provider/wrapper opening procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience
  • Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and organising necessary resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination of client-related activities
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and product knowledge to effectively support clients and contribute to the achievement of business targets
  • Construct and issue client newsletters and uploading of articles to the company website as per newsletter rota
  • Be a champion of the companies client portal, including being a point of contact for all client queries

Candidates applying for the role should offer experience of working within Financial Services, ideally coming from an IFA Practice, however those from Provider backgrounds may be considered. It is essential that the successful candidate has exceptional communication skills, a strong customer focus, along with excellent attention to detail.
