A small firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Central London, are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their small but close knit and sociable team.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will gain the varied experience and knowledge, as well as full APC training and support. You'll work on a variety of schemes across the commercial, residential and education sectors, carrying out both professional and project work including, party wall matters, dilapidations, and contract administration.
This is a small team of 6 surveyors, with 2 partners, 3 qualified and one other graduate. The Graduate Building Surveyor will work closely with the clients gaining key client relationship skills from the offset. This is a position that would suit a Surveyor from fresh graduation through to 1 or 2 years' experience and some APC diary.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?
- BSc/MSc Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- A keen interest in completing APC to become chartered
- 1 to 2 years previous experience on similar schemes
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident and strong worth ethic
- Driving licence
